Nadia is a registered nurse and credentialed mental health nurse. She completed her general nurse training at the Broken Hill Base Hospital in 1986, and in 1989 she completed her psychiatric nursing at the Roselle and Gladesville Psychiatric Hospitals in Sydney.
On completion of a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) from the Southern Cross University, Nadia was one of the first nurses accepted into the postgraduate training program of the Australia and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy. During this time she was mentored by many of Australia’s leading clinicians such as Emeritus Professor Dr Russell Meares, Associate Professor Dr Joan Haliburn and Dr Robert Gordon.
Nadia has a keen interest in the morphology of ageing and over the past decade, she has traveled globaly to study rejuvenation medicine.
Nadia firmly believes that the essence of life lies not in the number of years lived, but in the quality of life experienced during those years. She is a strong advocate for embracing positive ageing.
With her dedication to promoting positive ageing and her in-depth knowledge of rejuvenation medicine, Nadia strives to inspire others to lead fulfilling lives and embrace the beauty of ageing gracefully.
